Airport: Charleston International Airport (CHS) is about 20 minutes from downtown. Uber/Lyft runs $15-25 depending on traffic.
Once downtown: Walk. Seriously. If you're staying south of Calhoun, you can walk to 90% of what you'll want to do. Wear comfortable shoes during the day and save the heels for dinner.
